- Root-caused a ticket reopened twice by mapping all three checks an internal approval rule engine ran and proving each failed the same way; recommended a fix; the export I have ends at that recommendation, before confirmation.
- Fixed an unguarded external API failure path so a failed call logs safely instead of throwing a second exception; added a status check before parsing, a handler for a non-JSON success body, and a null-safe metadata read; build errors on that path went to none.
